Rat drain inspections are a specialist diagnostic service. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure an appointment.

A CCTV drain inspection requires suitable access to the drainage system, usually via a manhole, inspection chamber, or accessible rodding eye.

If no suitable access point is available on arrival and an inspection cannot be carried out, the inspection fee is non-refundable.

Drain Condition & CCTV Visibility

In most cases, inspections can be carried out without prior cleaning. However, if heavy build-up restricts visibility, targeted jetting may be required to allow a proper inspection.

Around 75% of inspections do not require jetting. Where cleaning is necessary, this will be clearly visible on camera and discussed before any additional work is undertaken.
